Does anyone know where I can buy pure gold or silver at scrap value to have it physically in my hand? I don't mean buying precious metals on websites or trading it into stocks or what not. My questions is does anyone know where to buy precious metals in the Chicagoland area or just anywhere to have it in coins or small bullions?
