ya. but just as state law cant override federal law, they cant override the constitution and the ban of any type of gun is an infringement to the rights given to us by the second amendment so technically you dont have to follow them because they are state laws which cannot go against the constitution.

GUN are not just for hunting, there self defense. LEO can not be everywhere. Maybe I don't need my AK-47 or AR-15 BUT I have a RIGHT TOO it call Second Amendment.

Did not show you how fast you can pop off rounds with a semi auto. Fast as fuck if you are a good marksman. This is a bit of NRA style propaganda to me. I get the point he is trying to get across but what kind of animal would you hunt that requires 30 rounds of semi-auto 7.26mm Russian army weapon fire?, a sucky hunter? I shoot semi auto shotguns and I think that is a vastly different thing because even if it was an illegal gun it will not have more than 8 shells possible vs. 30+fmj's. rounds.

Sure it's easy. Providing that you have the spotless record and 5 to 6 months required to get an NFA automatic sear, not to mention the gunsmithing know-how and several thousand dollars required to build the rifle.

Yeah, Full Auto weapons aren't illegal to own. They just had to have been registered before May of 1986. If you can legally own any firearm, then you can own a Full Auto weapon.
