Probably late 90-ies. Present are Mike Love, Bruce Johnston, Al Jardine and David Marks. In short the story of this episode is that Mitch manages to get the BB to perform for the Surfrider Foundation in order to raise money for replacing a stormdrain. I've cut most of this episode out. This is part 2: The songs that are played are Fun Fun Fun, Summer In Paradise & Don't Worry Baby.

Need Carl's voice on Summer in Paradise.

Mike Love, you are one cheesey fucking douchebag. I wish Charles Manson took out his frustration with the world on your bald, ugly ass. Why the hat, dickhead? Like we don't know you're fucking bald? How many times were you divorced? Fucking loser. You're the biggest piece of shit in the history of rock and roll.

"They sound better than ever( Yeah, right!)" That was a thoroughly limp version of "Fun Fun Fun." And who exactly is singing that lead vocal on "Don't Worry, Baby?" It's nice, but no one on stage appears to be singing it. It's just, well, there. That said I love the music of The Beach Boys. I've seen Brian solo four times. I'm going to see The [Mike & Bruce] Beach Boys later this Summer. Thanks for posting this.

This must be that period when Carl was very ill and they got David Marks to fill in for a year or so (hey, Dave is always there for a year or so every 35 years... See ya in 2030!)

simply dreadful. Fun fun fun sounds more like a crappy pub rock band taking a break from the blues, than any kind of surf music I've ever heard. What happened to clean reverby guitars and a driving rhythm?

This is from around 1996.

Al Jardine on rhythm guitar, Marks on lead

This is extremely embarrassing. It's Al Jardine on the guitar.
