when im on cod4, my bar is always 1 but when i go to network settings on dashboard, it says is 4 bars and the signal is green. i cant play halo 3 either, my bar is always 1. i dont know whats wrong. help?

Halo: CE got HORRIBLE reviews back in 99. Look at Bungie now. Halo 3 is one of the most played games online, next to COD4.
