The electronic vocals were annoying. Does that mean they are lip-synching? Electronic vocals are usually a studio sound. This version is nice, but I still like the XTM dance version better.

I think it might be because he wasn't expecting the huge reaction they got from the crowd - he sounds a bit choked immediately after and his smile is huge. That's what I think anyway :-)
