I almost forgot how Lavina sounded until i saw her again on idol and man shes so unique and her old group Ma-V-Elle were incredible as well! Her and Emily should be huge stars!

I have to say, regardless what the judges or whom ever that may have something to say about this young lady. She is a god given saint with a beautiful voice of an angel to match. This is a very young and talented pacific sister of Samoa. She uses the voice that she has been blessed with, passed down from generations to generation & with that voice she has blessed and touched many hearts and lives. Man she should have gone to the uk or usa to enter idol/xfactor where there are real judges who know talent when they see it. I mean how the hell she didn't win is beyond me.

I love lavina but to compare her to patti labelle is crazy patti is a pro and lavina is well.......yea i dont think she can compare.still love her tho

I'm a lavina fan for starters. :) Beautiful performance, thanks marquise for pointing this one out.Those GREAT notes. She should at least be part of the Divas so we can get to hear her solos (part of their act, each sings some solos)
