It said in the video that by May 2008 we would all be required to carry a Federal ID card the "Real ID" that would include a bar code with our personal information. It stated that this was an Act passed by Congress. I've heard nothing about this and it's already September; four months past the time we should all have the ID cards. Also I wonder why we need a passport to get into Canada if we are one North American Union? If we are borderless they sure make it hard to get across them.
