Verdine's is killing the bass lines. I always say this is the best example of Verdine's bass playing. Verdine doesn't pop his bass a lot but in this song he feel it!!! He is playing the f88k out of this song. It's also a great showcase for Fred White's drum playing and Al McKay ( someone who never gets the credit for his contribution to the EWF sound)

There was also a great version of this song by the salsoul orchestra around the same time..salsoul orchestra version is slightly better as the arrangement is slightly larger..this is still a dope version and ewf are gods!
