When I was with 2nd Anglico an group of MArines came back from CAS drills out is Yuma. They told me a story about something very similar to what you captured on film. Nice job MARINE! *Done a lot of research on UFOs. Apparently there are several races of aliens watching us because we are getting close to the time when we have no more wars. Supposed to be a big deal to alien races when a species becomes aware of them. They move grass roots with people as Govts try to use their shit for weapons.

My guess is that it is spotlights or some kind of intense lights shining straight up. Could even be IR lights. The clouds are making the lights visible. Or, could even be lights shining down from a satellite or jet, marking targets. Would be infrared, not visible with naked eye, and the clouds are refracting the light.
