No need for me to look anything up, friend. I had the vinyl 1976 Klaatu album in-hand, and transcribed it from vinyl to digital in 1998, as part of a preservation project I was working on at the time.

This is all sooooo McCartney in every way. Check the piano break at 02:27. None of this would have ever existed if it weren't for Sir Paul. brilliant beatles rip-off!! No offense to the Carpenters in any way, they were a product of their times. They're both so pretty here.
