i actually like iMovie 08. I think it's nice and easy to use, and a zillion times better than windows movie maker!and don't give me thumbs down, it's just my opinion, im not insulting anyone.

Since when does Apple not support drag and drop? I want to import videos from finder by dragging. I also want to make music videos to songs that aren't in iTunes, but I can't use those, either. And I can't mute the audio in all my clips at once. Also, what if I want to send a DVD because I don't want to pay for MobileMe? Or AppleTV? Some features are better. The interface is great. The browser is great. But why would you kill features on a newer version?

iPhoto is excellent. GarageBand is great. But I disagree that iMovie '08 is bad. I really enjoy using it more than Windows Movie Maker. I haven't used iMovie '06 before so I don't know how it looks like. |
