It's this simple: If you want something cheap but crappy and horrible support: Dell all the way.If you want something more expensive but durable, solid and good support: Get a Lenovo.

Lenovo seems a good laptop in overall. Dell is damn expensive. The problem in lenovo is the lack of desing.
