Don't stay with iMovie '06.. The guy in this movie has "Overlooked" iMovie '08. For example... You can split a clip by drag selecting the clip you want to split, and choosing "Split Clip" from the Edit menu.

Ummm Dude I know you are a die hard iMovie HD user.. however.. I've discovered that you can really do alot of things in iMovie '08 that you can in iMovie '06. You mentioned.. You can't Split a Clip.. Well.. you can.. You just drag select the area.. and choose "Split Clip" from the "Edit" menu. What's the problem. You guys are a bunch of winers.. iMovie '08 is a Decent program once you get to know it. I have a feeling more upates will make it better than HD '06

imovie '08 stinks. it is needlessly complicated and gives you a headache. Why no special effects? Awful.

wtf!!!!evry time i drag in a song it only goes for 4 seconds!!! all i want to do is put a song with a picture behind it and it only goes for 4 seconds
