i can't be more agree with you, I dont like the performance of queen latifah or whatever it writes.. but in this movie i didnt have a "but" its perfect from de begining and what an ending.!

Most definitely, the BEST! I cannot believe it. He's always been one of my top favorite. Perfect role for the King of musical movies. Amazing actor, splendid performance, an absolute delight to watch as Edna... AWESOME.

THANK GOODNESS!!!! John is INTELLIGENT. He would have RUINED Phantom and chicago...he's just NOT the type for those parts.But this one he is good for. It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo refreshing to see an actor who honestly CARES about his performance rather than just getting more movies under his belt.John, I luvs ya!

oh my god, he does that scottish accent great. I can do a scottish accent but i'm good at doing most accents, even californian, but i don't have an accent, well a noticable one. But he's still good at it.
