I wonder about this video, namely at the end where the girl says her mother says 'you are wrong'. If this is true, then her mother is putting her value system onto her and making 'her' wrong for not believing what she does. This isn't psychologically healthy, and this girl went to her with her 'coloured value book' i suspect for some affirmation. It must have been a hurtful experience.

What's to explain?It's not absolutely true that she's insane in the moment.Turn it around: She's not insane in the moment.The question here is, is it stressful for her to think she's insane in the moment? When Katie said it to her, she laughed, because she didn't hear a diagnosis of insanity or an attack, she realized that she was not seeing everything there was to see about her relationship.
