:( i really dont get why half the comments get thumbs down, especially when you compare half the comments that get thumbs down to the few that actually deserve thumbs down, for example the person who said anorexics are selfish and need to get over themselves! oh yeh cuz people wih eating disorders just luuuuuuuuv themselves right enough and thats why theyre destroying their bodies! aaah stupid ignorant people make me angry! trying to pass judgement on something they dont understand!

My friend stayed at a place like this for kids, she didn't have an eating disorder but an immune deficiency.... she remembers how they would hide meds and food in their clothes to throw away later and get her to eat for them.

loveme, does your momma like you? Get your facts right. Obesity is someone who is 100+lbs overweight. We do NOT know anything about that nurse. I think YOU'RE the 1 w/the sick satisfaction at watching these women gain weight. You're the one who's fucked up darling.

toxic, this is true. There are some ppl tho who claim a full recovery. Myself, Ive been in recovery for 6 years. I was sick for almost 13yrs. I know that it will take at least that long to undo what Ive done, mentally. Physically, the scars remain. I'll never label myself as "fully" recovered. In recovery, b/c recovery is a process, not an event.
