I keep listening to live versions of "shape of my heart" and keep thinking that they sing the harmony so damn good! xDDD Yeah, i did notice that SMAP's voices were really low, thick accents as u said, but it didn't really match the style of the song. ^^" I guess, yeah, prolly it would've sounded better in japanese, or if they rehearsed more, maybe? I dunno. ^^"

yeah no one can do it like bsb but u got to realize smap is singing with pretty thick accents so it will sound a little weird. it's not like they can't sing. prob would of sounded better if they sang it japanese but then bsb couldn't join in.

I agree~ xD The beginning of this video was really funny, especially when the Backstreet Boys were trying to pronounce their band name in a japanese way. xD

Woah, i'm not surprised that the harmony was awesome cuz Backstreet Boys sang it really well, but i'm really surprised that SMAP sang it so badly... And i thought they were one of the most popular boy bands in japan. o.O Shape of My Heart is a wonderful song, and they should have let BSB sing it themselves. Dude, they even had the cameras focused on SMAP, not BSB... I mean, the BSB were supposed to be the guests, right? ^^"
