I wonder if Luke would of still won if he didn't used the dark side to fight Vader. He goes berserk and uses his rage and hate (like sedious said) to become powerful.At least he resisted the final temptation :P

haha, ya, they were more realistic rather than the dances performed in the new films. Which is why i like ESB duel the best- realistic and most exciting, because the hero is in a lot of danger, so we worry, and at the same time because Vader's such a badass, who, according to Kenobi and excluding the new crappy films, hunted down the jedi knights, which is why it would be reasonable to think he was super powerful, leading to Kenobi and Yoda fleeing to save themselves.
