its interesting how he states that it is transmitted natural in the brain during sleep, because everytime ive had a psychedelic experience it seems like im getting in touch with my subconcious and dreaming.

What he said is true. But you have to experience it for yourself, it can't be conveyed from one person to another, it's a function of your own experience. Psychedelics can open your eyes, it can show you the end of the road - the destination - but it ends and then you have to walk that road by yourself.
