Mayor Naggin failed his people, which resulted in lost lives + ruined families.Then because of pure ignorance of the people who live there, he was able to get away scott free and blame it on Bush and other factors while his ignorant people rallied behind him in his racist driven cop out. By the way did you know that jesse jackson and louis farahkan asked for over 1 billion dollars for "repairs" and wanted to be in sole control of the funds? Now why would two of the most racists blacks want that?

The reason why he waited five days was because Bush cant send his national guardsmen into the brunt of the storm so they had to wait it out if he had sent them right away a lot of guardsmen probably would have been killed so why send help directly into harms way to get hurt or killed and be useless to the victims? When Mayor Naggin crammed all those people into the superdome, which was not part of any plan and ended up in rapes, murders and theft, he was violating LA's emergency plans.

First of all, Mayor Naggin is the one who neglected his own people. He is LEGALLY bound to be the first line of defense and to have and execute an emergency action plan. Part of the plan that he never implemented was getting the folks that you were talking about from the more poor areas on school buses and out of harms way. Never happened, and thats not Bush's falt or responsibility to initiate local evacuation plans, its Naggin's by law. Bush waited five days not several weeks by the way

to limitedplay first of all bitch, its african american, not blacks, and definitey not monkeys. and why didnt AFRICAN AMERICANS leave? most had no where to go. most of the stranded were from hollygrove, zone 9, u know some of the poorest areas of the city. most of them had no money to just pack up and leave. so with that being said, bitch, no one sat on the porch waiting for katrina, they did what they could. answer this, why did bush ass sit back and watch cnn for 2-3 weeks before reacting??

What the hell? Racist, I don't think so. How do you know Im even white, I might be Hispanic or African or even Black. I don't have a sister and I dont get it? Is she pregnant? I don't know why Im not a politician. Why did Guliani refuse 10 million from Saudi when they said that 9/11 was our fault when they donated it. And about not having money to evacuate, they sure got out for Gustav didn't they. It was a state emergency and the gov failed to declare it a disaster to make Bush look bad because she was a democrat. Now they got of the democrat and put a republican in as gov and everything went smooth this time.
