Thorpe is superior as was proven in "showdown". Anyway no-one cares about Swimming (or any alien foreign yank games). As said on TV many times theres a ridiculous number of events in Swimming and everyone is the same..medals handed out like confetti..easy recordsIts like allowing the Star of Olympics Usain Bolt to run same 100-200 meters 5 times just swinging arms slightly different each time..chuck in 3 shitty relays to complete the farce. Bolt smashed long standing records in the #1 event

yeah right, in your dreams...............Phelps 14 golds in olympic history against 5 golds from thorpe. Phelp's 17 worlds against thorp's 11, etc who's better dude? is becker(thorpe) better than Roger Federer(phelps), the answer is NO NO NO NO.
