I totally agree with you. U2 "kept me alive" mentally when I whas working as a peacekeeping soldier on The Balkans during the war in 1994-1995. Specially "Stay - faraway so close" really helped me a lot during a hard and tough part of my life. I am very greatfull to U2 for "keeping me alive".

My favorite song by this band. Saw them in 2006, this tour or at least this set-up and I was impressed. Best "band".........uh no. My tastes are all over the place, but you want your head exploded live? Go see RUSH live. Metallica is pretty awesome live too.

If my memory is correct, this gig was September 1, 2001. Ireland beat Holland 1-0 in a world cup qualifying match. What a great day- Moby was on just before U2 came on stage and he was awesome! From memory I think Nelly Furtado was booed because everyone wanted to watch the football on the big screen!

no he sings to the lepers in your head. But i agree with you that it actually sounds as he sings in your bed :) But anyway, U2 is the best band in the world and will forever be ! I love them. There is no band that can even compare to U2, they are the best! Love the lyrics and my favorite song is with or without you, i recommend the Rattle and Hum version here on youtube. Go and check it out guys, you will get chills! :) thanks and goodbye too you all U2 fans!!!!!!!!!
