Hey chef just add a spoon corn starch mixed in half cup of water at the moment the chana r finished and ready cooked.. so the gravy is very much thick.. to be real Chiker choolay..

O My God...I love you for your recipes...Though my mom is a great cook, and I consult her a lot while cooking, but, I forget some dish specific key points very often, and, I can't disturb my mom everytime, so, this is where I come-vahrevah...I am from India, working in Sweden, and have used so many of ur recipes to make so many foreigners and indians happy here...thanks for ur sharing, appreciate the feeling with which you narrate the recipe...keep it up..God bless you...

Not at all!! Spinach goes with pretty much any indian dish in my opinion - I miss good indian food *sigh*

5 stars. thank you.would it be weird to add a small amount of baby spinach to it right before it gets plated? mostly just for the color.also, at the very end of the video i saw a slice of lime and... something else garnishing the dish. was it sliced white onion?

looks like there is another thing in the garam masala that he did not mention: it's the shape of a cardamom but it has darker colour.does anyone know what it is please??

i work in a Indian restaurant and this channa masala looks very good and tasty... in my work the channa masala is a peace of crap... the chef is Indian but he don't have imagination... trust me

love him for giving details about the garam masala ingredients..how no idea it contained cinnamon and pomagranite...going to try to make from scratch...love me some chana masala
