ur bones can grow even until your 25 years old depending on ur genetics. My dad grew 2 more inches when he was 22 years old.

That's only theorized. I highly doubt that, because most pros lift heavier and heavier weights each year, and have to have higher mineral density or the bones would simply snap. Plus most often breaks usually occur after hair-line fractures are present, like a windshield with a small crack is much more likely to have get a larger crack or break in the near future.

once a man reaches the age of 18 their bone density has reached full maturity- meaning no matter how much calcium you take in, your bones won't grow anymore or become any stronger. So basically they don't suppliment any calcium. Plus if you lift the right way, you remember to work on your stabilizer muscles- if you develope your muscles properly , the muscles will work together taking pressure off the bones. but...sometimes shit still happens lol

That's a problem I'm having in my shoulders. Best to start around 18 or so, I started at 33.

Don't forget tendons and ligaments...

i wonder if these dudes have to like..... get a crazy big amount of calcium or something... because when your muscles get that crazy big i'd imagine that they can start to lift more than the bones they're attached to can handle...

That's a generic description for 7 or 8 backstage clips of David from the Tampa Pro that have been or will be posted, He poses in some, gets painted in some, pumps in some, etc.
