I love it when people buy into the "blame the poor" theory put out by the same right wing that has been exploiting the poor. With overpriced credit and rapacious bankers selling and reselling ad infinitum worthless paper (for hefty commissions each time) the poor and the middle class have born the brunt of this "crisis". You can't expansively enrich wealthy lenders with interest rates that were criminal before the banks had interest deregulated, and expect anything but collapsing markets.

Brittani731 I find myself asking the same question actually. How can alledged intelligent people not question these things.I think that they are locked into the system. They only watch the mainstream news and that is part of that system. You really do need to research these things.Unfortunately most people devote their spare time to basically watching rubbish tv programmes and the propaganda news channels.

I don't think that is contradictory. There is a difference between bailing out foreign investors at the expense of US taxpayers and stabalizing our markets so that foreign investors have the confidence to invest going forward. The solution to this situation needs to be proactive and preventive, rather than just compensatory.

You rock Congressman Brad Sherman!

First this representative says we shouldn't be bailing out foreign investors, then 2 minutes later he says we want to get u.s. banks to start lending to each other so foreign investors will be more willing to invest in our markets? Isn't that contradictory, or at least dishonest?

We know that. If you wanted to get rid of every mason on earth, there will be professionals who will be gotten rid of. While I don't see any evidence of Ron Paul being evil, it's always good to know. How do you know that John McCain is not a mason? Many others have secret backgrounds and are clearly evil.

Agree, the problem is pyramidal, most of the people want and vote for a kleptomanic, inflationary elite which we call governmnent for lack of a better name. The Welfare-Warfare State."In general, despite all the talk about freedom, peoples and governments demand unlimited state power internally... People no longer believe in principles, but from time to time they do believe in saviors"(The Age of Revolution - Jacob Burckhardt, Judgments on History and Historians)Thanks for the link!

Me thinks the US of A is headed the same way Argentina went, see the documentary attached below. Btw., the problems over there started with a cleptomanic government robbing the people ....watch?v=rH6_i8zuffs |
