It's actually a mis-edit... From a few tracks that got messed up. It doesn't even say teenagers, it said someone's name "_______ says Take off and go" Sounds like teacher, or teger or tigger. Also the part that says Good Tegers/Tiggers is in another voice as the whispier that says "Take off and Go". So technically the part of your sublimal message that says "Good" is a completely different voice. Theory=WorthlessDisney had a view obvious bloops in their films but this was just a sound edit.
