dude its normal when u hit the toms they create sound waves and it transfer through the room and the snare is close enough to catch the vibration then the beads under the snare will rattle

i've had my new set 4 like a year already and they havent been tuned since i first got them untill now cause u never knew..haha lol

well if you have a large concert with all the stand on an even level then you can't se the drummer unless you put him on a raised platform. if ur talking about a smaller concert it could be as simple as making him easier to hear, but most concerts its because ppl want to c him - i know i do

that means the actual snare is not tight enough (the springs underneath the drum) try tightening them dude.peace
