I believe the word is transcendental. I've seen this so many times, yet it defies criticism, cynicism, and every other -ism, save for perfectionism. Beethoven's 19th century composition brought stunningly to life, with all its splendor and ferocity completely in tact. We can learn from this particular performance that mistakes are irrelevant it is passion that makes music good or bad.

One of my personal favorites. Beethoven was such a poet with his compositions, kudos to Mr. Kempff. Thank you for posting this
