Thanks!

I see brooklyn mouse mentioned me. I have the record, but not the sleeve. I found the record inside the sleeve of another record I had sitting in storage since I was a kid. :) nice editing of the songs and record together with the zoom blurriness.

I just love your cool GE Wildcat player. I keep looking for gems like that but to no avail!

Terry T, I didn't get the record player, but I got my GE Wildcat instead of this one about 2 weeks ago at Goodwill. But this "Mickey Mouse Disco" record player is rare and it's so hard to find. I guess Falcons66 and dancer5612004 would love to see this one.

Just wondering. This looks really cool. Congrats on the win!

You can but it has a built in adapter to go with it.
RickenbackerBeatles (July 20, 2008 at 11:21 pm)
I'm going to take it that you need to buy 45 adapters to play 45s on this.

oh my God you have 'In a Big Country' on 45!! I love that song! And I got the same record player, but it doesn't have the lights, or anything else on it. It's just got a blue and white cardboard cabinet. they're hell on records though, due to the tonearm's horrible design and the needle it uses.Sure makes older, mono records and 78s sound great though! |
