Wow, excellent! I like the way you add veggies both before (for flavor) and after (for veggies). Another thing to speriment with... at the very end, heat the juices in the pan on the stove to a boil... then take about a half a cup of soft butter that you have mixed with flour- as much as you can say 1/2 to 1 cup. Then add bits if the butter mixture into the slowly boiling juices... and stir, add some more, stir, add some more stir... this will both thicken and add a nice sheen to the sauce....

Ha 4 to 6 cups she used the hole container of beef stock :P but it looks good tho thanks for the tips :D

This recipe is great. It's very simple, yet very delicious. I love these home-style recipes.I DO have a question; however...When you add the final potatoes and carrots, what do you think about removing some of the liquid and reducing it by itself to make a final sauce?Thanks for posting this great video,-Chef Stedman |
