FUck that, cliff was there for 3 years, he was great he created great masterpieces, but thats all.I prefer Jason ENERGY and BALLS when it comes to perform live,he may suck at writing, or maybe he didnt had the chance to actually show off his skills,whatever, he made me smile everytime i see him headbanging and running aroundRob is great, just james voice and lars drums sucks too much now, metallica is somewhat dead... and thats all.

he contributed alot to death magnetic's recording maybe his stage look doesn't look metallica-ish but he has alot of chemistry within the band so I'd reconsider saying all that

i agree.Rob is by far a more talented musician than Jason, but he does not suit Metallica that well that Jason and Cliff did.

Cliff was Metallica. Jason was awesome in Metallica, didnt live up to cliff, but Jason suited the band more than Rob did, Rob is a show off

Metallica is a joke, they should give up. There new album is going to suck. Obviously! Only 21 year old kids are going to suck it up, most over 30 metallica fans don't like anything after Master Of Puppets. I know I don't. I don't even like AJFA. NO FUCKING BASS. What an insult to newstead bring him on board and turn down his bass. Lars James = assholes.

i disagree,Cliff was amaising yes i dont say hes not, but only on bass, not on bass and vocalsJason, was a great bass player, not as good as cliff, but close, but he has immense vocals, majority of the time were as good/better than James'Rob, we'll see what hes like on the new album, but listening from live stuff his vocals don't live up to much.
