yes. Sony got a lot of noriety with the Playstation, and the PS2 with the DVD player, along with Sega's falling out with a lot of third-party game companies destroyed the Dreamcast and Sega altogether. Now they make games for other systems. Things have changed a lot since the Genesis was the big thing almost 20 years ago.

Sometimes I wish the PS2 came out a bit later, so the Dreamcast at least had a chance. Mabye if the Dreamcast was successfull they would have made a Dreamcast 2?

Sega failed to release it at the right time. Then everyone got intrested in the PS2 instead.

I remember playing NBA2k online with that 56K modem. Online play was free.......I miss Sega.
