Okay everyone, get this through your head. It isn't about liberals, conservatives or anything else. We need to get out of the political party loyalist mindframe and look at the threat as it really is. I left America to get away from this type of thing, but now I have to go through it again because Blackwater is starting to trickle into my new country. These b@st@rds need to be shut down and soon! This isn't only America's problem, it's the whole world's problem!

I'm a Marine, and the thought of having military contractors having the freedom they do, to do whatever they want is frightening, they have no rules or regulations, and of course do not uphold the UCMJ, even if they are retired military members, it just isn't right, this scahill guy is doing a good job of informing the American public of what is going on, and how everything is more and more privatized, and the way is going, someday there may not even be a military but private contractors.

wow democracy now? how can you take this shit seriously. also this scahill guy in his dedication in his book is not to contractors or soldiers or anybody on the frontline but to journalists who slander and give Blackwater and other companies such bad reputations. i dont know much about scahill but i bet he never served in the military, or even been over in Iraq riding along with military contractors from any company.

I'm not all too sure on that one. I've read that masters, to discipline their slaves, would strike them with the backside of their right hand. Turning the other cheek would propose a dilemma, as the left hand was used for unclean purposes and prohibited of being used in such a manner. It would be more a plea to equality than an insult.

Making quite the assumption there are we. Who ever stated I was religious? Or that I read the Bible. I'm simply a person who likes to gather information from any source and reads any book that falls under hand. That means the Bible, Jeremy's Blackwater, children's books (=D) the list goes on.
