Yes, it's a real company and yes the video is real. Troll Touch mods your iMac, MacBook, or Apple Cinema display to make it touch-enabled. I've seen them present at a tech tradeshow recently.About the only reason anyone would actually want to have this done is if you need interactive touch-screen kiosks and want to use a Mac.Is this going to take the place of a mouse for everyday use? No. It's an ergonomic nightmare. If you want to use a touchscreen for production work go buy a Cintique
