Mad TV is meant to be completely ridiculous, it's supposed to overly exaggerate every possible detail that they find even slightly funny...Of course Kenny Rogers isn't anything like he is in Mad TV skits, I highly doubt there are any 5 year old boys that look like hairy, 30 year old men (as in one of the skits on Mad TV) it's just supposed to be funny.
