Absolute perfection. I loved the Bach Gounod version of Ave Maria already...when you add the rich, warm sound of Jessye Norman's voice to it, well, I doubt anyone else could do it justice afterwards. Thank you so much for putting this out there for all of us to see. Beautiful.

The absolute best! I saw her sitting in the audience at a piano concert, and I just couldn't BELIEVE it! She's so awesome! An opera goddess.kiss-kiss.

But Jessye Normans range of singing abilities goes way beyond even the usual opera etc. She could sing the national anthem that would blow your socks off !!! PLUS I bet she wouldn't have a "Clothing malfunction".... LOL

do you really expect football fans to have good taste in music? just look at the jock subculture in general. Of course there are many exceptions, but the majority of them probably don't appreciate the deep and profound pleasure to be found in classical vocal music.

God, I just love Jessye Norman. Dosent that say just about everything? What a classy singer.
