What an incredible amount of talent on that stage at one time. Not only Earl Scruggs and Steve Martin, but Marty Stewart, Vince Gill, etc. Fantastic!

very, VERY nice. However the title was kind of an understatement was'nt it? It was definitely, DEFINITELY not just Earl and Steve Martin. Quite enjoyable.

Is this performance the Grammy Award-winning recording referenced on wikipedia or is there also an album?Steve Martin has an album coming out soon. Also, check out the video with Steve, Tony Trischka, and Bela Fleck on Letterman performing The Crow, which Steve wrote.theplaylist[.]blogspot[.]com/2008/09/steve-martin-to-release-album-of[.]html

I love music as a rule, but theres always something so gratifying about watching truly accomplished musicians like this all contribute, have fun and play their asses off. Like I said, I love all music, but skilled music always wins. |
