These old radiograms have a tone all of their own. A certain sound quality quite unlike anything you hear today. That's what makes them so special!!!.

How did this get missed comments wise as i know i have listened many times.Due to the combination of the rich studio orchestra style of Levy and the excellant sound from the machine makes for a very good upload.

Yes it is a Garrard turntable and Pick up with a steel needle.

Great radiogram! Is it a Garrard turntable & pick-up? They look similar to a couple I have. I think there is a collaro that looks similar as well. I prefer the sound these valve r/gs have when they use a pick-up with a steel needle. The later p/u & sapphire just don't deliver the same tone IMO.

I've been uploading some records playing on my Victor Orthophonic Electrola Radiola Victrola (from 1926). You might be interested.

I have side two all ready for you but????

It seems to be even more strange: the one from yesterday was for 20 hours only in the file (finallly I withdrew it), while my last two, have immediately appeared after loading on my main page, however still not active. Thanks.Your MACHINE is playing all the time "in my room"...:-)
