The Hip-Hop songs of the early days 80s-early 2000s was and the conscious of the Black Community. I don't know what happened. I hope that true Hip-Hop Artist return and soon.

i too have the punk goes crunk album on my itunes, and that is the best track on there, but only because the lyrics are there, the cover cant even touch the original because the cover is somber and serious, the original is upbeat and fun, its saying keep ya head up and educated, the cover lost a lot of its meaning, a white boy saying im black and im proud?, dont get me wrong the cover is a nice subsitute but it cant touch the meaning and feel of the original.HORSE SHOES!!!
