yes ganja is weed.. thay have loads of different names. most jamacians call it Buff or ganja.. and theres other people who call it Many names - Mary jane,Mentch,Ounc,Blow-doe.dope,ching,bud,weed,canabis,marujiana. lol loads more but i dont know them all :P, just depends how u want to prenounce weed.
