When was this video done? Also, I did not realize they were so familiar with the tune(however this is what jazz should be all about, swinging music moving an audience, not just somebody showing off their chops. Not everyone can show chops and swing like Jimmy could when he was alive)

He was my step grandfather. What you see here is only a portion of what he did in his own home. He changed my mind as a little girl in many ways. I have no idea why but my grandmother called him Jimmy Bell.

Is this somewhere in Japan? (just a guess, the audience seems pretty thoroughly Asian, and Japan has a bigger appetite for jazz than the other East Asian nations)
