That was KC3VO's (Motorcycle Bob) Goldwing in your video, I see him at all the local fests (Washington D.C. area) I believe he runs legal limit or close to it from his motorcycle.73 de KF4LWX

The tower looks like it has a mount for three cell antennas, which are not there. Looks like a 146/440 vertical and holding up a dipole. Randy
