The other dumb thing is the bullets gliding threw the water and killing people. Bullets shatter shortly after hitting the water. If your about a half of foot below the surface youre safe.

This movie scene is completely wrong!!! Only the second unit of GIs landing on Omaha Beach were succesful and entered the beach because the Germans had to less men and ammunition. In the movie you can't see any corpes of the first unit has landing 1-2 hours before. That's a fucking stupid mistake! I like the German soldiers with their greatful MG42, the best machine gun ever built! 1500 shots per minute, that are 25 shots per second!!! Greetings from Germany!

it depends on the episodes. I think the ones that have action are like 2-8 (out of 10). You can watch the first one by part on YouTube.
