Yes, it was a special evening - nearly a religious experience. Guided by the author of so many of our nights past. But was I nearer to you, Leonard, at Glastonbury than I was in the small hours of a cold Cardiff February night; watching the last embers of a coal fire?

It's a great song. Mr. Cohen is indeed a brilliant songwriter, but the only real value of this performance is nostalgia, and I just don't have enough years left on this planet to spend my time reminiscing. Anyway, Leonard's still cool by me.

i was there and witnessed something very special that night (and neil diamond played beofre mr cohen - an unbeatable lineup by any festivals standards). thanks leonard. unfogettable perfromance.
