you no what? honestly just watching the clips isn't as funny as if you were to watch the show every week and see the episodes. if you know the characters, its a lot funnier.

RIGHT. Firstly, the people who go: 'Americans are all as thick as shit', or 'Brits are all arrogant' are being dicks. The difference between the shows reflect the cultural differences between both countries. In a technical sense, america seems to lead at everything. Best at sport, best technology, richest, biggest ect. Everythings bright, colourful and larger than life. Here in rainy UK, however, its pretty dull and dreary. We are used to coming in 2nd place. Hence the complex, cynical humour.
