I agree they are good musicians, but Rolling Stone seems very happy to ignore many other good players and bands, apparently based on who is in the top 40, and we are talking about the same magazine tat contributed to th break-up of cream and who dissed Led Zeppelin for thirty odd years. I would agree their opinon doesn't mater more than your or mine, but unlike our opinions, thiers actually is highly influntial, therefore I thik they have a moral responsibility to be a bit more even handed.

Rolling Stone Magazine don't suck, but they have clearly opinions based on very loose facts. John Mayer and Chris Martin are good musicians, but there are others who are miles better. The Rolling Stones Magazine's opinion don't matter more than yours or mine.

Anyone else think it has a bit of a U2 vibe on this track? Especially the quiet interlude part before the solo.

he didn't even make the top 100. But who cares about fucking rolling stone, they think John Mayer is a guitar god, and Chris Martin from Coldplay is a rock god, they're just another peice of commercialised bullshit these days.

He has a good voice but he dances like a prick, is a huge drug addict, and sings terrible at live shows.
