i love the song and maaya is nice, but i'd rather listen to the recorded version. i don't think her voice and the music is mixing well. (not to mention i dont get what the guy is doing beside her. is it supposed to be acoustic? somehow, i dont hear his instrument at all.)

Maybe what emi means by different is that the background music is more toned down, allowing us to hear Maaya's voice more clearly. Which is great, since this video clip shows that Maaya Sakamoto can really sing.
