They always show up when there is a noticiable shake happening in the moving set. I think they're just there to distract you from thinking about how they achieved this effect.

Minion55--you are right if you look at some of the furniture you could see how it would be attached..then on another scence they would unattach it and it would move as the walls move...all in all a great video. Jamir did a great job dancing and moving in synch..the part right before he is caught between the wall and the couch 1:27...very nice

Guess again: The set is one big box with no floor and the camera is mounted in the front of the box in a large cutout. If you look close you will see the wall wabble a little. The camera moves with the walls because it is attached to the walls (Box) What you can't see is the crew moving it across the large painted floor of the studio.

its not the floor thats moving,its the whole room :)and the cam is steady at the wall of room....Also some furnitures are attached to the wallAwesome clip :)Regards,Glenn
