it amazed me at how she could sing and people would sit still in amazement to listen to her...that was anointing...we need people like her and Dr. Mattie Moss Clark even today, Music is not how it used to be, but these ladies help pave the way to where it is today...AWESOME!!!

this is a biographical concert. It's telling about her life and her singing. She's not singing at a funeral, it just shows her funeral toward the end. She was very ill in this concert. In some of mahalia's shows her singing was a little off because she was taking alot of medication. She wanted to keep going though her doctors told her to slow down. She had two heart attacks and diabetes and still went on this european tour despite her doctors orders and was hospitalized and passed shortly after

"there is no death, only a change of worlds" now that is some stuff right there. I am so ready for my change of worlds. I didn't get to see her preform here on earth but one day, I will get to sing with her. |
