LOL the earth is actually becoming a better place without humans(the ones killing earth now)BUt theoretically for humans to be extint it would take the planet to take dramatic efects also killing other(most lifeorms) because were just to smart.

may be.. but it wouldn't be for many thousands or millions of years, and chances are that the second evolution of humans would come from Apes once again~

Different kind of human? Hmm.I hope no other species will "evolve" to what we are now. We have left the track of evolution and are creating a cheap, devastating fake world 2.0. The purpose of life is life, as i see it. And we have complicated stuff thinking that we are the crown of evolution(/the creation/whatever) and that we have some kind of Greater purpose. Right now humanity is fucking up everything.

"It seems that the world would be a better place if humans suddenly disapeared...""Better" is a subjective term. It's the conclusion of a comparison (in this case theoretical). Because humans are the only animals on Earth capable of making comparisons of theoretical events, we are the only ones who can have opinions on the subject. I'm sure that most people would prefer a future with humanity still extant. The animals and plants of a human-free future would not share such preferences.

An interesting concept, but not a realistic one.
